just bought it but no download

Hi
I've just bought the dumper.
i tried to dump http://www.tomwaitslibrary.com/ but it waits for hours on files like www.ascap.com or www.southsidejohnny.com.
The same for other websites.
I sent a ticket days ago but no answer. I expected much more faster support answers to paying customers.
Please let me know

What is the ticket number? I have no ticket from you. We handle tickets same day. If you don't receive an answer it is because something has gone wrong. This is explained here: GEneral FAQ

About the problem, have you tried to open the preferences and press the 'Factory Defaults' button? It is explained in Web Dumpr FAQ here Web Dumper doesn't download anything

Yes. Once your problem resolved you can now change the preferences if needed.

I had version 2.4.1 trial downloaded and it worked great up to the specified limits, but when I purchased a license, it was a version 3 license (and an apparent waste of 20 bucks), so I downloaded version 3.2 and and again paid for a registration key but now I cannot download anything.

I have followed the suggestions of the FAQ's and reset to factory defaults, but still it will not download the site in question - http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usaf/2025/ - which DID download using the same parameters in 2.4.1.

May I either have an activation key for 2.4.1 since I have now paid for 2 copies of this software and still have no working copies, or may I have an have an explanation of how to get this to work correctly in version 3.2 and I will lick my wounds for being naive to "purchase" a key for the out-of-date version.
