This is a potential bug report. I am a new user; however, not new to computers.

I entered 179 recipients via import from the clipboard. I saved that as a named set of recipients. I then wanted to add myself to the list so I would get a copy of the email being sent. I used the + button to do that. Once I did that, I saved the list and sent the email. All went well except that the manually entered address was not sent a copy.

I also noticed that single address was not saved. When I tried to just send to the one address by having only it checked in the Delivery column, the program said there were no addresses activated for transmission. It was like the program didn't know I had one more address in the list.

At one point the program crashed. I closed it and reopened the program again. Manually entered emails were not acknowledged as actually in the list. I could not send to them. At this point I closed the program again, opened it up, and everything seemed to work.

I did notice another problem. See next topic.

I don't need immediate help on this but hope it helps you find a bug.

This is strange, we do that all the time for testing. Are you able to reproduce?

Yes, I have been able to reproduce. I tried to send another mailing out after importing another list from the clipboard. Adding my email to the end, and delivering, I found that the email I entered had no delivery and was treated like it was not there.

Since you do this without problem, perhaps it is an arcane set of circumstances that are producing the issue. I'll try to reproduce again and send relevant files if I can reproduce it.

I hate when I am an incompetent end-user. I reproduced this problem multiple times and was trying to figure out how I could demonstrate steps that would help you reproduce it on your end. The error message was "Error - There isn't any recipient pending delivery in current list at this time."

I actually did succeed in that quest and am sure you can reproduce the problem I experienced; however, it's not worth reproducing.

Fortunately, I also achieved consciousness and realized that I had entered the email address in the firstname column. I'll consider this as contributed at least partially to sleep deprivation. When you add a new person manually, the first field that opens for editing is the firstname field, not the email address, so if your not conscious, this might happen.

As someone who hopes that I am technical, this was my bad. As an end user, less than conscious at the time, I could have used a more explicit error message to help me more quickly understand my error. In particular, the reason is that there were no email addresses in the selected group.

Maybe if the email address was the first field, things might be more convenient, as not everyone would want to enter that data. I understand you have an existing user base that is already used to this order.
