Currently the default Return-Path header is set to the same address as the From: header. This means that all bounces (which will use the Return-Path address) will be sent to the address in the From: header.

I want to override the settings and have the bounces go to a different address as follows:

From: emailAddress@mydomain.com
Return-Path: bounces@mydomain.com
Errors-To: bounces@mydomain.com

I have changed the Return-Path in the Preferences => Headers of MaxBulk Mailer to reflect the above, but they are not overriding the default settings so all bounces are still going back to the address in the From: header.

The reason is that I manage a list for a client and he wants his mailings to come from his address, but the bounces to go to me so that I can manage them. Any thoughts on how to make this change?

The problem here is that most of the time your server is overwriting this information. It is not MaxBulk Mailer actually. If it is the case there is nothing you can do to set that header to a custom value.
