| Currently using WebDumper for the Mac. I can not download any .cfm pages. Is there a setting I need to change or is this not a capability of the program? |

Current Web Dumper version has an entry for '.cfm' files in the file map. Are you using very last version? It is available here http://www.maxprog.com/downloads.html Make sure that entry in activated, open the preferences, switch to the second panel and make sure the checkbox is activated.
If you have last version but cfm doesn't appear, press the 'Factory Default' button. That will reload the map. Note that you will have to set again your preferences if any. |

Yes. It was checked, and still is checked. Unfortunately, it doesn't do anything. I tried it on
www.rutherford.edu
and am not successful. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? This is a simple .cfm website, with only a few pages of info.
thanks

| I use 2.3.1 here with default settings. Web Dumper downloads a lot of '.cfm' files. Are you using 2.3.1? Did you press the 'Factory Default' button? |

| Yep, 2.3.1. I went ahead and deleted the old version and its files, and reinstalled. It seems to be working now. Thanks for the help. |
