While sending out my Mac froze up. When I look at the Recipients, some show a paper airplane beside them and others show an envelope with a green checkmark. Does this mean that one of them was sent but the other was not?

Alternatively, is there another way to tell? The logs don't seem to do so, since the program couldn't be saved prior to re-starting.

I need to make sure I send to all without re-sending to anybody, ideally. Thanks!

Yes indeed. A paper airplane means 'Sent'. When stopping you just need to press the send button again. In your case, if you could not save the document in its very last state, you should use the connection log this way.
