I'm having problems with the latest version that I never had before. For example, today I typed a clean list of email addresses in Word. In other words, there could not have been any strange characters going in because I made the list. In attempting to verify this short list, the software could not verify the first entry because it showed the email address as .co . The original list showed .com however, so the program didn't process it properly. It failed on a second attempt too. However, when I moved that address to a position later in the list it was able to verify it.

When exporting the list, it is saving it in a format so weird my computer wants to open Classic in order to read it. When I finally do read it, there are garbage characters between the first and second listing.

These are on the Mac version of course.

eMail Verifier can't handle Word files directly because they are binary files. You have to save your file as plain text first. That way it will be loaded properly and the output file will also be plain text and not binary.
