Any Suggestions on Getting My Activation Code?

4 hours ago, I purchased the Ultimate email package, including the MaxBulk Mailer, but have not received my activation code. After 2 hours, I submitted a support ticket, but have had no response to that either. I even tried to retrieve my activation key in case the original message was lost in the mail. Paypal can be set up with instant download, but I don't think MaxProg has programmed the purchases that way.

Does anyone have any suggestions? is this usual procedure?

We had problems with reg. code deliveries this week-end. It was fixed yesterday. You should have received your code by now.
