I'm trying to send out an HTML newsletter for my business. I successfully sent it out to about 1,000 members, but then, without any change to the e-mail or my settings, the e-mails stopped going through.

Maxbulk mailer says the e-mails went through, but in reality they haven't. If I send a test e-mail to myself of the HTML newsletter, it says it went through but doesn't; but if I send another e-mail to myself (a simple e-mail saying "test") it does go through. So all my settings are correct and the program is working, but for some reason it won't send my newsletter.

But the newsletter is identical to the one that it successfully sent out before. I tried re-creating the newsletter with an HTML editor; I was then able to send it in two batches to 200 members (I send it in 100 e-mail batches), but then, again, after two successful sendings, it stopped working on the third, forth, etc.

I'm stumped. Can anyone shed any light?

Well, I don't get any error message. The software acts like all is ok and that the mail was sent, but it isn't.

I went through the whole letter and found that if I deleted this one part of it, the problem is solved, and the letter sends fine. If I put it back in, the letter will no longer send.

This is the html that seems to be causing the problem, for whatever reason:

Thanks for being such loyal fans! See you next month!

Can't imagine why that's so. But at least I'm able to send now...

This is really weird. Perhaps your text contains invisible control characters. That may happen when you copy it from a Microsoft product.

Yea, that must be it. I kept having problems, and I did originally type it out on Word and paste it into the html editor.

So I re-typed it in the html editor from scratch, and it seems to be working great now.

Thanks for the reply! Very Happy
