A template is usually a document you reuse several times with small changes. It can be a newsletter template where you only change the text.

So is it something I import and how would I do that and/or can it be produced in MaxBulk Mailer? Thanks

This is a feature that will be available in next v6. It will allow you to save a document as a template and reuse it later as such.
