So my workplace has bought maxbulk mailer and we have made a email newsletter to send to customers.
The emails of the customers are all different of course, (gmail, hotmail, yahoo and many other domains)
What I don't get is the settings tab, can I not just send the emails? Why is it I have to enter server information and all that stuff.
When I was test sending I used our works email info as the info and sent the test to a couple people who work here and it went through fine.
However when I try to send it to the customers nothing goes through because of a relay error usually.
I was just wondering how I can get it to send the mail to all emails of the customers since right now it only works for internal email addresses. |

| Just open your e-mail reader software settings and copy them to MaxBulk Mailer. All e-mail software need at least a SMTP server, a user ID and a password. A relay error happens when you are trying to send messages without authenticating first. It is explained here: Relaying denied / Delivery not allowed error |

Everything seems to go okay and then I get this
[01] 8/13 09:41:47 530 5.7.0 No AUTH command has been given.
Does this mean that my password could be wrong for the email? |

| Have you selected the ESMTP authentication? |
