|
|
I've got a list of about 3000 emails that I send out weekly to my customers. After much trial and error and communications with my server, I need to stagger my emails to 500 every hour. Fair enough, so I set my connection to 1, group mail to 500, interval to 1 hour 5 sec. It starts up but then pauses. A window pops up saying "caution" and that the server has shut down one or more connections. After a five second pause, it starts back up again, but I think that it is resetting to 0 every time that it restarts, resulting in more than 500 emails being sent during the hour.
I looked under preferences and there doesn't seem to be a way to bypass this. Suggestions?
thanks! |

| When that happens, what error do you get? What version of MaxBulk are you using? on which OS? |

Version 5.6.3
Windows Vista
It's not really an error message, just a window pops up saying "caution." It pauses for 5 seconds, then starts again. |

| That window is usually displayed when the server has dropped the connection. MaxBulk simply wait a given amount of time (you can change btw) and retry to connect to continue with the delivery. |
