I have a ticket number but have no idea where to go to retrieve my answer (I bookmarked the page to no obvious avail). And so, here we go again:
I'm using version 3.0, about 2-3 years old. I'm on a Powermac G3, OS 9.0
I have over 2,000 names in my database, but when I do a mailing, it keeps sending to the same 35 names and no more. This is a recent problem (last few months).
I tried re-booting, re-opening the program, etc. I tried clicking on the "select all" button. Nothing.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

What error do you get after those first 35 recipients?

No error... simply that the 35 emails were sent successfully (with no regard to the other 2,000+).

Are you using current v5.0.3? Have you looked into the connection log for the error that makes the delivery to abort?

I have not tried the latest version (I feel no need to spend more money when this has worked all along). In any case as per my last post, there is no error message... only that it delivers successfully to 35 of the 2,000+. It's as if it does not recognize all 2,000+ individuals.

The best is to open a support ticket and send me the connection log so I can check it.
