I'm pasting html into MaxBulk Mailer. I just did a spam check and these are the following warnings that came up. I just don't know what these mean and if I need to correct them all. Here they are..

Subject doesn't contain date or month name. Do I need this?

Subject doesn't contain a frequency serial number? What is this????

Body length is smaller than 5,000 characters. Do I need to do this?

'Subject doesn't contain date or month name.' is a recommendation. It appears that a message with a subject containing a date has less chances to be treated as spam.

'Subject doesn't contain a frequency serial number' is similar. A message with a subject containing a frequency serial number has less chances to be treated as spam. A frequency serial number is simply the newsletter number ( 1, #1, 001...).

'Body length is smaller than 5,000 characters.' is just a note that tells you that a message of at least 5,000 characters has less chances to be treated as spam. I know it is not easy to write such a big message if you don't have that much to say.
