I have a list that I must clean - it is about 9,000 email addresses.
Verifier gets through about 2,500 and quits - everytime. I just bought it today, it's brand new . . . any advice?
It doesn't actually quit, it just never goes any further. It acts like it's working, but it's not. |

| Left it running . . . still only processed 548 this time out out 8882, I also tried it off my DNS, but it's way too slow . . . I'm running OSX. Bought it yesterday, so it's the latest. Please answer, getting frustrated and very disappointed. |

Just bought this as well, I have a list of about 31,000 and it consistantly quits when verifying after about 2000 . So far this is not useful.
FWIW, I'm using the latest version of OSX and eMail Verifier. |

Hello, I looked breifly for the support ticket ( aren't forums more helpful for everyone?).
I load my list of email addresses, press Verify, it runs for 20 mins and quits unexpectantly everytime.
If you post a link to your support ticket I will gladly go there and tell you the same thing. |

I have the same problem. Just bought it, trying to verify a list of 8,000 and it quits after about 1,500 records,
Very disappointing - especially to find this topic on the Forum, unanswered since March! |

I respond to tickets same day. You just added your question at the bottom of an old ticket I was the last in respond by the way asking the customer to open a support ticket.
About the problem, have you tried to repair permissions on your system? Do you use haxies? |

I don't use haxies
I repaired my permissions
I tried TWO other Macs in our office and they BOTH did the same thing - quit after about 1000 records |

I have a list of 2500 names.
eMail Verifier has crashed twice. Boom!. Gone!
I have just cut my list into 2 parts to see if I can through 1300 email addresses.
It did not. Somewhere around 950 it crashed.
The list is a straight text file containing only email addresses. |

| Which version are you using? When did you download it? We fixed a problem very recently that could cause such crashes. |

Yesterday, I checked to make sure I had the latest. That is, I asked eMail Verifier to check for updates and it said I had the latest.
This morning I downloaded eMail Verifier and reinstalled and just ran it against 2 lists (1700, 2700 addresses) with zero problems. |

Yeah I have same problem running latest os x and latest verifier version which I just bought.
I opened a support ticket as this forum isn't giving me much answers. |
