I just purchased the whole MaxBulk pro package and I am still trying to understand a couple of things. Some help here would be appreciated:
1) If I run my addresses through Verifier, would it still make sense to also run them through Bounce Handler?
2) It appears that when I try to import date into Bounce Handler, nothing happens. Specifically, I tried to import a text file with addresses (previously created with Extractor) but Bounce Handler seems to be quite indifferent to my attempts to make it check them. |

#1 eMail Verifier and eMail Bounce Handler are complementary actually. With the former you will check if the address is valid usually before sending your message and second will gather bounces once you have sent your message. eMail Verifier is able to catch around 80% of bad e-mails. That remaining 20% will cause a bounce.
#2 Have you lined-up your file fields with MaxBulk's? |

| No, I haven't processed the file at all before trying to import it into Bounch Handler. I extracted some addresses using Extractor and the resulting file witl addresses I tried to import into Boinch Handler but nothing happened. |

| You don't have to process the file, you just need to line-up fields in the import window and make sure your file e-mail field is in front of MaxBulk e-mail field. |

Apologies for my ignorance, but I don't understand what you mean when you say that I have to line up file fields. |

| You have to place the e-mail field in front of MaxBulk e-mail field in the import preview. |
