The URL is visible as well as the site name despite using Hyperlink Manager. The URL is the active (blue) link and the site name has <> tags around it.javascript:emoticon('Confused')

What format are you using, plain text or styled text? Is your URL starting with 'http://'?

Are you using Entourage to get and read your test e-mail?

Yes, I am using Entourage. When I test the e-mail using webmail, the link looks okay.

Entourage has a bug. When the message is very simple it strips HTML tags rather than rendering the message. Try to add the following line at your message beginning:

<table width="600" border="0"><tr><td>

and this one at the end:

</td></tr></table>
