The URL is visible as well as the site name despite using Hyperlink Manager. The URL is the active (blue) link and the site name has <> tags around it.javascript:emoticon(' ') |

| What format are you using, plain text or styled text? Is your URL starting with 'http://'? |

I'm using styled text. The url does start 'http://' |

Yes, I am using Entourage. When I test the e-mail using webmail, the link looks okay. |

Entourage has a bug. When the message is very simple it strips HTML tags rather than rendering the message. Try to add the following line at your message beginning:
<table width="600" border="0"><tr><td>
and this one at the end:
</td></tr></table>
