Hi,
A few months ago my org was added to the CBL because it was reported to be spamming large amounts of bulk mail. After doing some research we found our exchange server was set up as an open relay. I locked it down, but now our marketing dept is not able to send bulk mail.
Two questions:
What is the domain i would specify to let this program use our exchange server to send mail?
How do i avoid being added to the CBL again? |

| About first question you just have to use the SMTP server for that domain. About second question, have you tried to get removed from that list? About your last question usually the only way to avoid being listed again is not sending to people that did not ask for receiving your message. |

| It has nothing to do with your server actually. As far as I know those lists are based on complaints. |
