Hello,

I am planning to buy a house and would like to know the benefits and suitability of an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan. Does any one have any idea? Thanks in advance!

It is really a great idea to own your own home rather than paying rent every month. I understand that ARM is the same as Variable Rate Mortgage. If it be so then I would suggest you to visit the site www.mortgagepmi.com which maintains a lot of information on the subject and I am sure you would be able to find the answers to all your queries regarding ARM. Just check it out!

well there are advantages when taking out Adjustable rate mortgages over fixed rate ones. it really depends on which suits you best. i suggest that you search around and talk to lending experts before making your final decision.

personally, i don't really like getting into debt except when it's an emergency and i'll get a payday loan.

I personally wouldn't use ARM, and I wouldn't buy a house with less than 25% down either. Getting a loan is getting harder and harder, debt is no longer the way to go.
