And after I select the file it crashed. Every time. Even after reboots and power downs.

I just purchased the suite of email programs because, well I thought this OUGHT to have worked. What am I doing wrong / what are my refund options?

I feel like I've been sold concepts rather than actual bona fide software.

I am running Windows VISTA Business (32bit) btw.

Are you sure you are saving your excel sheet as text and you are importing that text file to eMail Verifier?

Yes. I followed EXACTLY as your instructions specified.

I bought a commercial PHP based software that is working fine, I'd like to see about a refund. Neither of your programs I intended to use allow me to import addresses. MaxProg Bulk Mailer only allows me to import the addresses if they're on the clipboard, but I can't verify them with the verifying software.
