Is there a way to setup an export utility to:
Create "text file" every "15 minutes" and delete invalid emails.
It is difficult always having to check this to export list.
Thanks,

| Well, it depends, where do you want to delete emails from? |

| Sorry for confusion, not to "delete" from mail server but rather from the list in Email Bounce Handler utility. Just like option "remove entries from list". |

Right this has to be done manually. If you use MaxBulk Mailer you can do it this way:
1.- Shut down all mail applications (to avoid any of them to interfere).
2.- Launch MaxBulk and send your message.
3.- Wait until delivery is done.
4.- Launch eMail Bounce Handler.
5.- Set it to run every 15 minutes.
6.- Wait at least 60 to 120 minutes until eMail Bounce handler is finished.
7.- Save eMail Bounce Handler bounce addresses list.
9.- Rename the file to "DELETE" and drop it over your master list in MaxBulk.
That way you will remove all the bounces emails at once. |
