Trying to sort through a large email list 120,000 and sort it out by domain and the program keeps crashing.
Is there something I do not know? |

| What version are you using? On which operating system? At what exact moment does it crash? |

Latest Version, just purchased it 2 days ago. Running OSX 10.5.6 on a Mac Pro Quad Core 3.0GHZ, 16 GIGS RAM.
Need to process these lists and sort them by domain extension. PLEASE HELP! |

| Have you tried to split your list in smaller chunks? |

| Yes have tried, it seems the program cannot really handle anything more than 1,000-2,000 emails. |

| Weird, I have used it myself with list of up to 68,000 entries successfully! Actually I used several of those files for testings. |

Can you check it again once more, I am using your program for extremely large lists.
This is government related and I would appreciate anything you can do for me. |

| Are you sure the list are plain text files? Valid tab delimited lists with one record per line? Also make sure they are not encoding in UTF-16, the very only unsupported encoding. |

| Would you mind to open a support ticket and add a list to it so I can try to reproduce the problem here? |

| All the support request we receive are responded. Have you logged in our help desk to see the response? Perhaps the email got lost. |
