Number of recipients issue

Hi !

I'm facing an unpleasant issue with MaxBulk Mail 6.3 under Mac OS X : the number of emails to be delivered is wrong.

All the 404 recipients got an email, but in the Delivery tab it shows 404 emails to be delivered with "All undelivered recipients" selected. With the 6.0 it's OK as it shows 0 recipient(s).

I didn't test the 6.4...

Please try very last version v6.4 version. Let me know if the problem persists.

Hi !

I made the test with the 6.4 and I get the same problem... 385 mails to be delivered displayed as it should be 0.

I changed the status of 2 recipients and I get 387 mails to be delivered... Sounds logical : 2 extra mails to be delivered.

I created a new file with 2 recipients and it worked fine : 2 mails to be delivered and 0 once sent.

Looks like a problem with the files ?

Do you get that as soon as you open the file?

Yes, opening the file and clicking on the delivery tab shows 385 deliveries instead of 0.

Ok, open a new support ticket and attach the file to it.

Version 6.5 you sent me few days after my ticket fixed the issue... Many thanks for the great and fast support !
