Encoding not displaying properly in Preview pane

Hello,

In an Text/HTML message, I have a meta charset=UTF-8. In the Preview pane, extended caracters are troncated (with a question mark), but when I send the message, I receive it correctly.

Is it a bug with MaxBulk Preview Pane?
Is there a way to choose encoding in MaxBulk?

Is the meta matching the document encoding? I mean, have you selected UTF-8 as the encoding for the document?

I wasn't aware of the possibility to choose the document encoding. I found it as a link below the document format.

And the preview now works.
