Hello,
Email extractor has been running over an hour now on an 7.7 MB excel file. Status shows 0 in all columns. The horizontal blue and white barber pole is moving with 0 Processed and the word “Processing...â€

Hmm. It wouldn’t process the .xls file so I saved it as .txt and it worked immediately.
The help file says it should process and Excel file though.
Thanks anyway.

Native Excel files are binaries. You have to save them as plain text first.
