We are executing a 500ish send - spaced 30 seconds -

each time the system executes - it displays a -103 error code

it appears that the emails are going out - though I am not 100% on that - but 2 testers embedded were received

What does this error code mean?

We also noticed this with our tests, and this -103 flash in red occurred in aLL cases - and the test emails were received by various parties - therefore, there was not way to interpret the use case other than it being a bug/defect/code error that was inert and display only

what is going on?

we are concerned now - given that we have not receive ANY replies or bounces or anything, that there is something seriously wrong with this code -

these emails are solid, verified - and all good

PLEASE advise what is going on here

we checked with the ISP - and there is no apparent problem there

The error happens when connecting to your POP server. Is the server address correct? Are you sure POP is the correct authentication? I bet it is ESMTP.
