Rather than images I get question marks <- Any idea?

Hi,

I have tried to send an email and every time I preview or send it over, doesnt display the images inserted. Rather than images I get question marks. Is there anything I'm missing out?

I added a snapshot of the email in preview mode so you can see what I'm talking about.
