We created an HTML webpage on Dreamweaver and all the links work well. We copy the exact same code onto MaxBulkmailer Pro ver 8.3.2 running on OSX Lion and the links do not work anymore.
They activate when you hover over them, but the links take you nowhere.

We copied the code onto a machine running OSX 10.5 and they work.

Any Ideas?

Are they absolute URLs starting with 'http://'?

Ok, I have the code, what link do you have problems with? I can see one with spaces and "&" rather than "&" like this one:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&t=m&q=12400 Greenspoint Drive+Houston+TX+77060+United States&z=16&iwloc=A

The right URL is:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&t=m&q=12400+Greenspoint+Drive+Houston+TX+77060+United+States&z=16&iwloc=A

actually with all of them.
Same code on Dreamweaver works well. Same Code on Bulkmailer on OSX 10.5 works well but when I copy the same code into my machine running OSX 10.7 Lion, links change color when I hover over them but they do not take me anywhere.

Yes but MaxBulk Mailer has nothing to do with HTML code, what you write or paste is what will be sent as is. MaxBulk Mailer is only a software for sending messages. If the code doesn't work in the recipient email reader it is because it has a problem.

Things you can do:
- Remove the '<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">' line.
- Replace the '<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">' with '<html>
- Remove all those long comments from the CSS.
- Read: Guidelines for using CSS in email newsletters
