Hello all,

I am new to this forum. Thanks for your patience.

While trying to verify an unsubscribe link with my gmail account, I noticed that it would not "obey" commands regarding entering "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. This is the link I used:

<a href="mailto:paulantoinetaillefer@gmail.com?Subject=Unsubscribe&Body=Unsubscribe%20[E-mail Address]">Unsubscribe</a>

I picked up this link suggestion right from the Maxprog help blog at http://www.maxprog.com/blog/?s=unsubscribe

BTW, this link works wonders when the email is opened in Entourage!...

Why won't Gmail do the same?

Many thanks...

Paul

Damn. That simple?

It works *&?%*&?%*%!!!

I spend some two and half hours trying a million things and the only thing seperating me from bliss was two small case letters.

Many thanks.

Next time, I will be quicker to post!!!

Have a good day, you just made mine.

Paul

I guess this is a programmer intuition, I changed the parameter to lowercase right away, I tried and it worked... I am not always that lucky :?
