Hi, I'm a newbie to this program and have only managed to send a couple of bulk emails so far. Now I can't even open the program. I double click the icon but nothing happens. I have tried deleting the whole program and re-installing it several times now but nothing seems to help.
I guess I'm being a bit dim but can anyone help please?

After launching the program, use the 'File > new' menu.
