When you save a document the list content with sent statuses is sent as well. When you open it back you get the document exactly as you saved it. If you reselect the list you will remove all the sent statuses.

I think the problem arises as the list is not attached on reopening. The menu is blank & I have to reselect.

I do save, as instructed.

Yes indeed, no list is selected because selecting a list would remove all the delivery statuses.

I am confused. I thought you could send, say 50 emails, whose recipients are then marked as sent, then send another 50 at a later date. If the list clears everytime the message is closed then this can't be done!?

You can reopen the document you saved and resume your delivery from it.

MaxBulk Mailer doesn't reselect a list because that list may have changed. A document is supposed to remain as it is saved. What if you open a document several months later to see delivery statuses? It would be a great failure if MaxBulk Mailer were showing the list at it is today rather than as it was when saving the document.

A solution to your problem would be to use the Quick Selector ( Recipients > Quick Selector) and search for the last delivery date. The example attached would deactivate all the recipients that have received an email from you before or on february 10, 2012

Wow thanks for that! Your explanation is a little more in-depth than the User Guide I have.

Once again I must thank you for the personal support you give your clients & a quality product.
