(using info@harvester.gr which is my server's email i can use)

so when i try to send from maxbulk every mail is going to spam folder

i have 3 hotmail and windowslive emails and 1 gmail

these i use for testing

i m sending to all 4 addresses and are going to junk folder

but inside microsoft outllok everything works fine

is there sth i must see???

Are you sure the message is the same? Same contents? Same format? Same sender? Same sender name? Same server? Same headers? It is clear there is something different.

With headers I mean the header in the preference header editor. One year with the same problem ?????? What version of MaxBulk Mailer are you using? Is the message format set to Plain Text?

Have you tried the styled text format? Have you tried to change the sender address?

In the MaxBulk Mailer preferences, 'Delivery' panel, below 'Advanced', try to use a different encoding *or* different HELO/EHLO string.

You could try 'yourname.local' as the HELO string or if you have one 'yourdomain.com'. I don't know what else it could be except perhaps the message ID. :?

Either it is that or the server doesn't like MaxBulk Mailer message IDs format. Next MaxBulk Mailer has a different format by the way, I don't know if it will help.
