No preview for any but Plain and Styled Text

I know I must be doing something wrong, but the the preview pan shows nothing of the message I've set in the default Text|HTML format. Fine if I change it to Plain Text - what I normally send anyway, so this is a low priority concern, but can you assist? I can't find documentation relating. Thanks.

Is you HTML in the form:

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

?

For my part I have put it in Text|HTML and tried in HTML only, but no preview at all !!

And the HTML pages I've been trying are all in the form

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

I even unistall and re-install, delete temp files and so on.

But nothing do !!!!!!

Are those tags alone on single lines?
