Hi

I am using Maxbulk Mailer SE for Mac and am having the following issue. The software works fine for a dozen emails, then comes up with an error that it cannot send the message as I have not authenticated myself.

Strange, as it is only seems to happen when it hits an invalid email address from the ISP we are using (Bigpond), not on any others. When it gets to one of these rejected email addresses, the software then says it is experiencing the authentication errors and stops sending completely, rather than moving on to the next email address?

Any ideas on how to get around this? My previous email software just moved on to the next email address, rather than getting the false authentication error problem and stopping completely. This is annoying, as I have to keep going in to delete the offending email address and restart the software. Crazy!

Oh, BTW, at the top it is showing in red 504 5.7.6 authentication type not supported.

I am not using authentication, as my server does not require it. This is only happening on rejected email addresses (that no longer exist). Problem is, I have over 4000 email addresses in my list. They will constantly be changed, added to or deleted. I am having to reset this software constantly, which defeats the purpose of an automatic mailing program.

If the software hits a bad email address, rather than continue trying to send it and then being booted by the server, why does it not move on to the next email address?

Log is below. I have changed account names etc, but everything else is as per the log.

Thanks!

I believe the rejection is because you are not authenticated.
