New Deliveries don't show up in Left Hand Side of Statistics



I have previously reset the Delivery Numbers to start at 2,000 (last delivery number was 734 as seen in the attached screenshot.)

All New deliveries since are NOT recorded in the Left Hand Side of Statistics (MaxBulk Mailer).

However, they DO appear in the MLM webpage. All deliveries up to #2,092 appear.

Where has it broke?

Perhaps your delivery file is corrupt or has wrong privileges, to say the true I have never seen such beaver before. If it is has wrong privileges you can no longer write to it.

So what should I do?

Should I empty the file? Or just delete it all together? (assuming it will be re-created automatically).

That file is not recreated automatically. Try to open it withy a text editor. Any problem doing that?

Yes, somehow that file was locked. So I suppose the application couldn't write to the file.
I have since unlocked it. All is good now.
