I am trying to review statistics but my delivery number is #78 and it does not change.

When I look at #78 I have campaigns from back in November through today. Is there any way to have a delivery id for only 1 blast?

I know I can change the number in preferences but that did not work either. Am I able to change the number to reflect a date, for example today have the number be 12512?

I just tried changing Delivery Id # to 80 and when I reopened preferences it was set to 78 once again. I have also tried to create a new blasting settings and they would not save either. I am on a Mac, system software 10.7.2

Try to move the MaxBulk Mailer preference file to the desktop. A new one will be created. Does that fix the problem?

Still no luck. Stuck on 78 won't save changes

Did the software create a new preference file? If it did so the number should be #1. Make sure MaxBulk Mailer is not running when you move the preferences to your desktop.

I moved the .plist and .plist.lock files to the desktop. I also deleted old version and re-installed new version. It is not created a new preferences file, number is still 78 and won't allow me to change it. I clicked Factory Settings and it doesn't do anything either. There preferences for emailhandler is still in preferences folder.

Is the program compatible with Lion operating system?

This is not the preference file!
The preference file is ~/Library/Preferences/Maxprog/MaxBulkMailer/Preferences.

Yes MaxBulk Mailer is compatible with Lion, it is actually built for Lion on Lion.

After the reinstall, the statistics are being recorded on website, but nothing is showing up in statistics panel of program. Website show 28 opens on current blast, nothing in program.

You are able to login but can you create a list and add a recipient to that list without errors?

And you always get that error #22, even after rebooting?

Same error each time. I am making changes to preference, but none are being saved. URL is blank, next delivery number goes back to 1 each time.

That's really weird. I recommend you to download Onyx. It is a tool that can help you fix problems on your system. Go to the 'Automation' panel, select all the options and click on the 'Execute' button. Then restart your computer and check if your problem has been fixed.

If your problem has not been fixed you will have to run the tasks manually. Note that you will be asked to reboot after each task. There is no need to do that, just reboot once you have run all the tasks.

Maintenance panel
- Run the permissions reparation from the first sub-panel by clicking on 'Execute'.
- Select the 'Daily', 'Weekly' and 'Monthly' scripts from the 'Scripts' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Select 'LaunchServices' and 'dyld's from the 'Rebuild' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button. (You can also select to rebuild the Spotlight Index).

Cleaning panel
- Check everything from the 'System' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check everything from the 'User' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'Browser Cache' and 'Download Cache' from the 'Internet' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'System and Users' from the 'Fonts' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check everything from the 'Logs' sub-panel *BUT* 'Conversations log of instant messaging' and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'Recent Items', 'Obsolete items' and 'Previous 'iTunes Libraries' from the 'Misc' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.

Does that fix your problem?

Permissions for myself as admin were read & write on folder but I needed to change the permissions on folder to read & write for staff and everybody. It now has rewritten preferences and seems to be working fine. Thanks
