I know that I can get the Lists from ~/Library/Application Support/Maxprog/MaxBulk Mailer/Lists/

When I copy this folder over to the other Mac, I get ALL the lists copied over. Great!

How about copying over the SMTP settings from the Setting tab?
How do I copy that over? Is there I file or folder I should move across to the new Mac? Where is it?

There is a much better way to backup settings or transfer settings between computers. Use the 'File > Settings > Export' menu to export settings to a file and the 'File > Settings > Import' menu to import that file. You can import/export preferences, accounts, lists, templates, favorites, pasted pictures and the delivery history.
