I am in the UK with a BTconnect.com email account. This has recently transferred to Office 365 and I am no longer able to send emails through Maxbulk mailer. I think it is something to do with the authentication. Can anyone help? I use Pop authentication and it is pop.outlook.com and smtp.outlook.com

Have you tried ESMTP? It is the most popular authentication scheme nowadays.

If ESMTP is not supported then you will have to use POP, right?

Yes I use Pop, and it wants SSL authentication I think, but not one of those on offer.

MaxBulk Mailer includes all the SSL types required in email systems. There are hop others.

Have you asked your server about what SSL type to use?
