Any possibility that the progam can/will allow for the functionality of having a zero amount for annual interest rate. I like the amoritization functionality (export options) and have some no interest loans but would like to give them a payment printout or file using Loan Calc.

thanks so much for a great product!

Do you want to be able to use '0' as the annual interest rate?

Right now you can use an interest rate of '0.000001'. It is like using 0.

I tried that and it won't work if that's the first entry I put in the interest field when I start the pgm. However, if I put something like 1% in, calculate, and then change the interest amt. to 0.00001 it works.

Yes, you have to place cursor in that field last and the press 'Compute'. That field will reformat itself to 3 decimals as soon as you live it. I have to change that too.
