Once your bounce messages have been processed you will get your list of "dead" email addresses. You can then export it in order to clean your original list or to try to send your message again. If you use Maxprog Bulk Mailer, you can name your file "DELETE" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" and drop it over MaxBulk Mailer recipient list . All addresses from the file will be removed or unsubscribed from the list in a snap!
Crash recovery
eMail Bounce Handler includes a simple yet efficient recovery system in case of a crash during bounce processing. The bounce list is always saved to a specific location on your hard drive depending on your operating system. In case of a crash just launch eMail Bounce Handler again and drag and drop the last file in that folder to eMail Bounce Handle bounce list. You will recover your original list exactly as it was right before the crash. You will find those bounce lists in the following directory:
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Maxprog/eMail Bounce Handler/Bounce Lists Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\<your_account_name>\My Documents\Maxprog\eMail Bounce Handler\Bounce Lists
Note that older Mac OS X versions may save the bounce lists in the '~/Documents/Maxprog/eMail Bounce Handler/Bounce Lists' folder.
If your crashed document contained bounces from several campaigns you can of course drop more than one of those files to eMail Bounce Handler.
eMail Bounce Handler is a bounce e-mail filtering and handling tool that recognizes bounce e-mails using a customizable set of rules and extracts the recipients addresses allowing you to use them again to try sending your mail or to take them off your list.
eMail Bounce Handler simply connects to your POP or IMAP mailbox in order to retrieve bounces letting any other message untouched.
