MaxBulk Mailer Pro bietet eine sehr einfache Methode, Ihre vielen Hyperlinks zu speichern, den Hyperlink Manager. Wenn Sie diese Fähigkeit nutzen, können Sie Hyperlink-Symbole in Ihre Nachricht einfügen, und zwar mit Hilfe des Menüpunkts 'Editieren \| Hyperlink einfügen'. Hyperlink-Symbole werden folgendermaßen durch doppelte Klammern eingeschlossen: <<hyperlink>> Während des Versands werden die Hyperlink-Symbole verarbeitet und durch korrekte Werte ersetzt abhängig vom Nachrichtenformat. Wenn die Nachricht aus 'reinem Text' besteht, werden die Hyperlink-Symbole einfach durch ihre Werte ersetzt. Wenn die Nachricht aus 'formatiertem Text' besteht, wird ein kompletter HTML-Hyperlink erstellt, wobei das zugehörige Symbol als anklickbarer Text erscheint und die URL des Hyperlinks komplett verborgen bleibt, z.B. Maxprog anstelle der vollständigen URL https://www.maxprog.com.
