Answer: This is a problem with the software you are using to forward your message, not MaxBulk Mailer. Indeed mail software have troubles to forward HTML messages. That comes from a total lack of support actually, indeed an HTML message has to be sent with a very specific formatting and headers.
Instead of forwarding try to redirect your message. In Apple Mail it is the 'Message > Redirect' menu. You can even add a redirect button to the Mail tool bar. Redirecting is much better than forwarding since it uses all original message as is.
