I have a problem: I am using Sparkpost for my mailing. But now there is problem with sending. I have got such email from Spark post support:
*********************** We recently updated our TLS version. The old version had been deprecated and was no longer supported, but it appears there are some SMTP applications that haven't upgraded as well.
I would recommend reaching out to your SMTP application and asking them what version of TLS they are using. If they are using TLSv1.0, they need to upgrade. The workaround for you presently is to change your security to nothing - leave it blank and you should be able to send. However, they really need to upgrade to TLSv1.1 or 1.2. Ask them which one they are going to upgrade to, and if there is anything that needs to be done on your end.
In an effort to help our customers with the transition, we’ve set up test endpoints that will reject any API calls that do not use TLSv1.1 or higher. You can use these endpoints to inject email traffic (or make other API calls) using your current software to determine whether it uses TLSv1.1 or higher (traffic will be accepted) or whether it uses TLSv1.0 (traffic will be rejected).
