86 % - "test unsuccessful"? I'm asking for help

Hello,
I purchased your program. But I have the same problem, share and others in the forum.
86% - "test unsuccessful"? I refer to the list many times and I'm sure that this result is incorrect.
In addition, when inspecting other list - the score was with too many bounced addresses. I checked manually those bounced addresses / sent them real letters / most of them are valid ...

I read everything very carefully on the topic. And I did the following:
1. I contacted the ISP. They have laid a permanent IP address and assured me that port 25 is not blocked.
2. Then again verify the list by your program. The result was similar.
3. –êlso checked manually and bounced addresses. Approximately 95% of the letters were sent!!!

I send applied three files - printskreen data from the program! Please compare the results!

Obviously the problem is not port 25!
Many please suggest another workable solution!
Otherwise I will be forced to ask for a refund for purchased software from you, that is not working.

Yes, try an address that shows the issue you are reporting, only one address.

Have you tried to add your DNS server address(es) to the eMail Verifier preferences? It is explained here: How to fix the Server 'Not Found' error?. Anyway testing Gmail addresses is quite useless, reason why there is a rule to bypass that testing. It is explained here.

When I was offered to license the product this problem never was described ???

And another question:
What is the reason following address [email protected]

1. To be valid when verified independently:

I am sorry to say that I think your program is not working properly.
While I was buying the program it was not stated anywhere that it is not compatible with the limitations of some servers such as: gmail.com, abv.bg and others.
I am asking you for a full refund and than you stopping my license.

You will have to test one of those addresses and send me the result. I don't know that server.

This is not a problem but a limitation, same as road limited to a given speed when cars can double that speed. The eMail Verifier product page says clearly "Email Verifier verifies every e-mail address from a given mailing list, allowing you to determine 70-80% of "dead" email addresses." It doesn't say 100%.

The server says it is valid, you get a '250 2.1.5 Ok' response. Error #102 has nothing to do with the testing here, it is cause by the server closing the connection. You will get hundreds of connection drops. Just ignore them, this is part of the connection.
